Following UK Government guidelines we have made the decision to temporarily close a number of our frontline offices, including all Customer Access Points, with immediate effect.


Mastrick Customer Access Point is located within the Council housing office on Spey Road.

You can book an appointment to speak to a member of staff about Council Tax or Housing Benefit. You can also book an appointment if you want advice about other benefits.
If you have any other housing concerns, please contact your local housing office.
